Understanding Our Returns Policy at Independent Motorsports – Faults & Payment Returns
Eligibility for Returns: At Independent Motorsports, items may be returned only if they are faulty or not fit for their advertised purpose. Please note, returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
Important Restrictions:
- Items cannot be returned once they have been removed from their packaging or fitted to a vehicle.
Payment Service Returns: For orders made through Afterpay, PayPal, ZIP PAY, and ZIP MONEY, please be aware that returns, cancellations, or change of mind will incur a 7% restocking/cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Return Period: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of sale.

How to Return Items: Include a copy of the original receipt along with a detailed description of the fault when returning items.
Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns. However, Independent Motorsports will cover the shipping costs for any replacement goods.
Refund Method: We offer an exchange or a full refund for returned items; no credit is issued.
In-Store Returns: You are welcome to return items in-store at our location: 3/32 Vestan Drive, Morwell
Packaging for Returns: Please return items in their original packaging whenever possible.
