Holden 1.6 Turbo Cruze Hi-Flowed 48 lbs/hr @ 3 Bar Injectors (set of 4)

If you have a modified 1.6 Holden Cruze and are having issues with maxing out the standard injectors, then we have a solution for you.

Whether you may be aware of it or not, the 1.6 Holden Cruze injectors are unique and do not share the same injector body as the 1.4 litre.  Unfortunately, you cannot just retro-fit a larger performance style injector as the 1.6 litre  has an extended tip on a 3/4 length injector body, which is very similar to the popular 1150cc Bosch injector.   Although these look the same, they are very different and would require extensive modifications to make them fit correctly due to the electrical plug being in a much shallower position and fouling on the cylinder head, therefore not allowing you to plug the electrical plug back on. 

So we have developed a change-over direct fit injector that flows 48 lb/hr and is a must if you are planning on making over 130 front wheel kw out of your turbo 1.6 Cruze. 

We have found that the stock 31lbs/hr injector see 95% duty cycles around the 125 front wheel kw, therefore will require upgrading to a higher flowing injector. 

You would need to send your injectors to us, whereby we will clean, service, blue print and high flow your standard injectors. 

We can supply your tuner with the appropriate injector data that will plug straight in to your HP Tuners software.
